15 g butter

250 g mascarpone

milk as needed

90 g Gorgonzola Cheese

22 g shredded Parmesan cheese

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Gradually stir in mascarpone. Cook over low heat, stirring, until sauce is smooth. If necessary, add a little milk to give a smooth, creamy consistency. Stir in walnuts and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
